Payroll Quest

Multiplayer RPG where office animals fight sticky notes, group chats and invoices.

Clock in as a guinea pig. Auto-battle the office. Level up on company time.

What it is

Payroll Quest is a multiplayer browser RPG set in Daydreamia, the place your mind drifts to when you zone out at work. You start as a guinea pig in Cubicleville and walk the tile map out to Meeting Room Hallway, the Backlog and the Invoice Badlands, where Sticky Note Imps, the Group Chat King and the Spec Black Hole are waiting.

Fights play out on their own, one beat per second. Leave them on auto, or step in and cast skills yourself. Your weapon decides your line: haul a cardboard box and you're a Workhorse, grab a keyboard and you're a Keyboard Warrior, hug a pillow and you're a Quiet Quitter.

Take quests and bounties from the locals, raise buddies, unlock new bodies like the Capybara and the Sea Otter, trade with other players, and try your build in the Arena or the Layoff Royale. Progress is saved on the server, and your rest bonus builds up while you're away.
